This picture was taken in 2009 in Qiqo in the mountains of shaman don Lorenzo Jirillo and his wife doña Isabella, just before starting a despacho ceremony. She was the stepdaugther of the great altomesayoq Don Manuel Quispe from Q’eros, bud sadly died some years ago from lungcancer, probably induced by a life long cooking inside the house without any ventialion.
